How do I know which size to order?
Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with our size guide. If you are between sizes, message us with your measurements and we will tell you which one to pick.
Can I buy a top and bottom in different sizes?
It depends on the style. Some of our two-pieces let you buy the top and bottom separately, so you can pick a different size for each. Others are sold as a fixed set in one size. Check the product page: if you see Top and Bottom as separate options, you can mix sizes.
Do the top and bottom come together, or can I buy them separately?
Most of our two-pieces can be bought as a full set or as a single top or bottom, so you can mix and match. Check the options on each product page to see what is available.
Do you make custom sizes?
Not at the moment. All our pieces come in fixed sizes from XS to XL. If you are between sizes, message us with your measurements and we will help you pick the right one.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, delivered by Fastway. You will get a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves us.
How much is delivery?
Free, anywhere in South Africa.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Not yet. For now we deliver within South Africa only. Follow us on Instagram to hear first when that changes.
Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, all our products are final sale, so please check the size guide before you order. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 4 to 5 business days and we will sort it out.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Message us as soon as you can. We pack orders quickly, so we cannot promise a change once it is on its way, but we will always try.
Will the colour match what I see in the photos?
We try to photograph true to colour, but screens vary, so the shade you see may be slightly different in person.
How do I look after my swimwear?
Rinse it in cold water after every swim, hand wash with a mild soap, and dry it flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean. Sunscreen and chlorine fade fabric faster, so rinse as soon as you can.
How can I pay?
