Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship to other countries yet.

How long it takes

Orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, delivered by Fastway.

These are estimates. Once a parcel is with the courier, delays are outside our control, but we will always help you chase it.

What it costs

Delivery is free, anywhere in South Africa. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Use it on the courier's website to follow your delivery.

Your address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we may need to charge you to send it again.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it and contact us the same day. See our Refund policy for how we handle damaged or faulty items.
