Who we are

This store is run by Sunray Bikini, 21 Buffelsdoorn Road, Klerksdorp, North West, 2570, South Africa. [registered company name and registration number, or "sole proprietor"]

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

When you place an order, we will send you an email to confirm we have received it. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your payment, or if there was a pricing mistake. If that happens, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). [do prices include VAT? Is the business VAT registered?]

We accept: [card, EFT, Payfast, Yoco, PayPal, other]. Payment is taken when you place your order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order you have already placed.

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, delivered by Fastway. Delivery is free, anywhere in South Africa. These times are estimates and we cannot promise a delivery date.

Please give us a complete, correct address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we may charge you to send it again.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Please check our size guide before ordering. If you are unsure about your size, contact us before you buy and we will help you choose.

Faulty or damaged items. If any item, including swimwear and accessories, arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 4 to 5 business days of delivery and we will repair, replace, or refund it. Nothing in this policy takes away the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

Sizing and product information

We do our best to show colours and sizes accurately, but screens differ and every body is different. Please use our size guide before ordering. If you are unsure, message us and we will help you choose.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so, and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. We may end a promotion at any time.

Intellectual property

The Sunray Bikini name, logo, photos, and website content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the items you order. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have expected, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under South African law.
