Delivery
Where we deliver: anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship internationally yet.
How long it takes: orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, delivered by Fastway.
What it costs: free, anywhere in South Africa.
Tracking: you will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we may need to charge you to send it again.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use the size guide before you order, and message us if you are not sure which size to pick.
Damaged or faulty items: tell us within 4 to 5 business days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. This applies to every product and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
